Wojciech Jarosiński


Advocate admitted to the Warsaw Bar (Poland). Wojciech is a head of the law firm’s dispute resolution practice.

He specializes in complex technology disputes. He was named four times (2018-2021) as the top dispute resolution lawyer in Poland by Rzeczpospolita Daily, the most prestigious legal ranking in Poland. The practice managed by Mr. Jarosiński was ranked as the top dispute resolution practices in Poland two times (2020-2021) in the same ranking by Rzeczpospolita Daily. Wojciech was featured in the Who’s Who of Foreign Attorneys section of the National Jurist Fall 2019, which is a US magazine. Wojciech was a guest speaker at Poland 2.0 Summit organized by Imperial College London.

Experience and academic work

Mr. Jarosiński has led or supervised more than two hundred technology litigations, the aggregated value of which exceeds a couple billion USD.In addition to his litigation practice, he advises clients on the execution of their critical technology projects, which value exceeds another couple billion USD, including key projects for the financial stability of Poland.

In addition to his legal practice, Wojciech supports the Andrzej Wróblewski Foundation, which aim is to protect and promote the estate of one of the most prominent Polish painters. Wojciech also created and successfully managed Vertical Shot Expeditions, a company which offered photography workshops in far corners of the World, from the Arctic to the Antarctic.

Wojciech is a lecturer of new technology law at provate and public universities (UW [University of Warsaw], Akademia Leona Koźmińskiego [Leon Kozminski’s Academy]). He completed his law degree at Jagiellonian University in 2010 and received his LL.M. from CUA in 2011., and joined the Warsaw Bar of Advocates in 2011.
