A legal counsel, Partner responsible for Corpo and Legal Governance practice. He deals with broadly defined corporate legal security. Bartosz has been in charge of legal aspects of corporate groups’ business operations.
He specializes in corporate law, civil law and economic law.
He held the position of Chief Legal Officer of the Agora Group. He was a member of top management, comprehensively supporting the Management Board and individual business areas in operations management. He managed legal policy, compliance (including compliance with the GDPR), selected business and legal projects as well as cooperation with external law firms. As part of his work at Agora S.A., he was responsible, among other things, for the functioning of a legal department consisting of several dozen team members, the implementation of the GDPR and the Compliance system, the development of the legal aspects of the hiring policy, the policy for the distribution of confidential information, and also the management of formal and legal documentation distribution. Bartosz participated in numerous M&A transactions, including the acquisition of shares in Eurozet Sp z. o.o.
Previously, as part of his work at an international law firm, he was responsible for coordinating international and local corporate restructuring projects and intra-corporate financings. He also provided ongoing legal services to major Polish and international companies.
He graduated from the University of Warsaw with a degree in law and from the School of American Law at the Warsaw University Faculty of Law and Administration. He also completed postgraduate studies in European law at Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität in Munich.
