He specializes in public procurement law, new technology law, as well as digital transformations. He is a co-author of the current legal codification in the field of public procurement.
For several years Bartłomiej has been representing the parties before the National Appeal Chamber, and also before the Panel of Arbitrators of the Public Procurement Office. He has over 15 years of experience in supporting IT contracts in both private and public sector.
Mr. Wachta is a lecturer at the Leon Kozminski Academy and the Polish Academy of Sciences (PAN).
