Sławomir co-ordinates projects involving personal data protection. His practice covers the compliance matters in regards to the scope, objectives and processing of personal data, preparation of legal opinions on the IT systems compliance, inter alia, the transfer of personal data to the third world countries, as well as the day-to-day advice in regards to different aspects of personal data processing. Sławomir’s experience covers the transaction advisory services concerning the Intellectual Property rights, legal services regarding research and development projects, as well as representation in criminal and civil proceedings in cases concerning the intellectual property infringement, protection of classified information and acts of unfair competition. He conducts professional training on the IP law and personal data protection issues and is a frequent and highly valued speaker at the IT industry conferences.
Sławomir graduated from the Cardinal Stefan Wyszynski University in Warsaw (Faculty of Law and Administration) and the Warsaw School of Economics. He also holds a postgraduate degree in IT Law from the Leon Kozminski University in Warsaw.
